Night Auditor – Front Office
As a Night Auditor and first point of contact for our guests, you and our motivated team ensure optimal support for our international guests during the night.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Front Office tasks, such as guest check-in and check-out, concierge tasks and answering phone requests at night
2. Running of daily reports (number of arrivals, departures), identifying any special requests, and checking reports for accuracy
3. Responsibility for the smooth running of the night shift in close cooperation with our Night Manager
4. Organization of taxi and limousine rides
5. Responsibility for luggage distribution in the night
6. Assistance in In Room Dining
Your Qualifications:
7. Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry
8. Experience working at the Front Office
9. Friendliness, flexibility, reliability and a high degree of responsibility
10. Professional communication skills and appearance
11. resilience, teamwork and flexibility
12. Quality awareness
13. A gift for paying attention to the smallest details
14. excellent knowledge of German and English in spoken and written language is required, any further foreign language is advantageous
15. knowledge on how to use the software OPERA and MS Office are advantageous
