1. For Corporates, Financial Institutions and Public Sector: providing a global advisory approach (M&A, debt, equity transaction, capital structure, and asset & liability management), as well as quality capital raising solutions across the debt and equity spectrum, optimised financing and expert risk management responses notably in the realm of foreign exchange and rates derivatives.
2. For Investors: offering reliable and sound investment opportunities and risk management solutions through its integrated global markets platform delivering seamless access to markets (equity, rates, credit, currencies, commodities and derivatives), as well as advice and solid financial engineering, quality of execution – both Agency and principal-, forwardlooking research across asset classes, an industry-leading clearing proposition and prime brokerage services.
Mission:
The Client Service and Implementation Manager (CSIM) is part of the business line of Payments and Cash Management (PCM) located in Vienna, Austria, and is responsible for client service and support, as well as the implementation of Cash Management Structures.
Tasks and responsibilities:
3. First point of contact for our clients regarding service topics and required account relationship or product set-up amendments such as opening of new accounts, cash pool changes, amendments to Electronic Banking set-ups
4. Manage all types of questions or requests received from clients, ensuring a professional and positive client experience
5. Prepare client welcome packages
6. Occasional client visits together with Sales Managers
7. Execute and coordinate the implementation of corporate cash management services, including project management & coordination, communication on project progress to all stakeholders
8. Support the commercial activities of the Front Office including contract preparation, proposal development and writing, preparation of client presentations
9. Follow up on service issues with the Front Office, Back Office and product teams in Paris such as SWIFT, CMI, current account management, European proposals
10. Verify product-related billing (Global Cash, SWIFTNET)
11. Support a smooth communication on Cash Management topics to internal and external parties and authorities
12. Manage permanent supervision requirements
Profile required
Studies & experience:
13. Commercial education/Bachelor or master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics
14. Proven (international) Payments & Cash Management experience
Language skills:
15. Proficiency in German
16. Fluency in English
Technical, operational & Soft skills:
17. Understanding the set-up and business specifics of clients
18. Good understanding of Compliance, KYC and Risk Management
19. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
20. Strong operational and commercial attitude combined with cash management expertise
21. Ability to work in cooperation with other bank departments
22. Ability to work under pressure and manage complex situations
23. Ability to solve problems and think outside the box
