Your mission
As Learning & Development Manager, you promote continuous growth through targeted training and development - for a strong future and the realization of our vision.
1. Responsibility for the organization and coordination of all MIC Academy courses
2. Designing and setting up new training courses with internal and external trainers
3. Creation of e-learning formats for internal trainings and customer trainings (in LMS365) in cooperation with the specialist departments
4. Responsibility for skills management for the continuous development of employee skills
5. Continuous optimization of potential in skill management
6. Partial handling of administrative tasks in LMS365
Your skills and qualifications
1. Completed education with a focus on learning & development or e-learning management (FH, University)
2. Several years of professional experience in personnel, skills and career development
3. Experience in working with digital learning platforms (ideally in LMS365) and e-learning tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, AI Tools) as well as MS Office 365
4. Strong communication and implementation skills, solution and goal orientation and team spirit
5. Very good knowledge of German and English
6. Openness towards other cultures

Compensation
We are legally obliged to mention the compensation for this position. We offer a minimum salary of € 55,300,- gross/year (fulltime employment). We offer a higher salary in line with your qualifications and experience.
