Who will you be working with?
Reporting to the Director of Reman Services, you will be responsible for promoting safety awareness and ensuring a strong safety culture for shop operations at site.
Where is the position located? This is a full-time position at our site in Welshpool, WA.
What will your typical day look like?
* Facilitate daily production meetings with direct reports.
* Provide regular performance feedback to team members, coaching employees and contingent workforce for development of the individual and the team.
* Manage customer relationships through regular joint meetings to effectively align delivery performance with customer needs and expectations, thereby maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Meet P&L budget and expenditure targets from the business leadership.
* Ensure achievement of key performance indicators, including but not limited to SQDC – Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost, as devised by management.
What do we want to know about you?
* Minimum of 7 years’ experience with at least 3 in repair and re-manufacturing operations of highly engineered industrial products or equivalent.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in leadership roles including building, growing, and leading teams of direct skilled workers.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, in which the roles occupied had high impact customer interactions.
* Trade qualifications in either Mechanical or Electrical background.
