The Global Product Managers are the linking element between the global product management organization and the local Performance Solutions organizations in the regions. The major counterpart are the regional Gut Health product managers and operation units Performance solution leads, with regional and local species team as the key stakeholder.
This position also acts as a link to all global functions, like innovation, GP&SA, VSM, regulatory, etc. to drive both existing portfolio or innovation projects.
The focus is on delivery of the short term (Budget) and mid-long term (5-year plan) business targets (Sales and GPx) for the Gut Health segment and keeping product update with responsibility on Life Cycle Management.
Your key responsibilities
* Manage the portfolio and end-to-end product life cycle in category and operation unit/country levels.
* Support the sales force & regional team (portfolio & species) by developing technical content and marketing materials in order to provide detailed information on the products to maximize customer satisfaction.
* Gathers & provides product related market intelligence to the sales team (competitors, market/customer trends,…).
* Closely interacts with innovation, being the business stream lead or key player for innovation-and translational- projects.
* Secure the future product pipeline and coordinates product launches globally.
* Steering of high product quality levels as well as regulatory and compliance.
* Maintains internal interfaces to MarCom, Innovation, OPS, GP & SA, VSM, Regulatory, QM & QC, Finance, Customer excellence and etc.

* We offer you an income based on your qualifications and market conditions, with a minimum annual gross salary of €72.000 on fulltime basis.
* Type of employment: Full time for 38.5 hours/week, unlimited contract.
You bring
* Master or PhD degree in animal science / Veterinary/ agronomy or related discipline preferred – focus on Swine with good knowledge on feed additives especially phytogenic & essential oils (MBA is Plus).
* Business/sales experience and Marketing/portfolio experience for minimum 5 years in animal field.
* Team player with good proven interpersonal skills.
* Fluent in English Language – verbal & written, other languages are a plus.
* Multi-cultural awareness with international work experience preferred.
* Ability to work across cultures and communicate effectively in both remote and face-to-face situations.
* Ability to translate global strategy to regional/local markets.
