Job Description Summary
As Product Manager Specialty & BioS, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational marketing of our products. You will develop and implement innovative marketing strategies, lead product launches, and optimize the entire product lifecycle. By closely collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you will actively contribute to the success of our Specialty and BioS product portfolio.
Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Strategic and operational marketing planning and brand management
* Qualitative and quantitative product planning (budget and sales forecasting)
* Launch management, including strategy development, pre-launch communication, monitoring during the launch phase, and post-launch activities
* Close cooperation with sales and field force teams
* Responsibility for product lifecycle management
* Rollout of centrally developed promotional materials and sales support initiatives
* Regular market and performance analysis, as well as monitoring the implementation of planned measures
* Conducting competitor analysis and research
* Organizing and supporting events
* Facilitating communication and information sharing between marketing and the field force; attending regional and national sales meetings and maintaining regular contact with the field force.
* Conducting product training sessions
* Developing and implementing an omnichannel strategy for focus products, including content management
What you'll bring to the role:
* A degree in business administration or natural sciences.
* Several years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector in a similar role
* Fluency in German and English
* Strong communication skills, strategic thinking and customer orientation
* Excellent project management capabilities
* Outstanding analytical and strategic abilities
* Solid understanding of marketing, sales and customer engagement
* Knowledge of digital trends and solutions
* Innovative mindset, curiosity and self-motivation
Desirable requirements:
* Certification as a pharmaceutical representative.

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 64.023,54/year (on a full time basis). In most cases, the actual salary will be higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
