30113 – PROJECT MANAGER
At Eni, we are looking for a Project Manager within Be Charge in Vienna, Austria. You will be responsible for overseeing charging infrastructure projects (EVC both AC/DC), from the initial permits, to design approval, to the successful construction, installation and commissioning of the new units within Be Charge's charging network. You will also oversee continuous improvement and reporting activities for installations, providing regular updates and communication regarding critical events to Be Charge's Engineering Manager and Technical Director. The successful candidate will speak German fluently, and have a good professional working level of English.
As a member of the engineering and operations department at Be Charge Austria, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring project milestones and objectives are achieved according to the agreed timelines and budget;
Managing relationships with EVC suppliers and/or contractors regarding the opening of complaints, requests for clarification and development opportunities;
Coordinating daily activities with regards to the design, installation and commissioning of charging infrastructure, working closely with contractors and/or suppliers to ensure quality of work and to resolve any problems;
Providing input on strategies and policies for the design, installation and commissioning of charging infrastructures and ensuring that standards, laws, norms, and directives are applied properly;
Managing project contract administration, including RFPs, applications, design reviews, approval, and cost management, as well as reviewing quotes and issuing purchase orders;
Providing monthly updates on all project activities;
Monitoring performance and ensuring that service-level agreements are met;
Providing support to the Engineering Manager and Head of Project Management during engineering and installations budget review.
This is the opportunity for you if you have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical engineering or equivalent experience;
Experience with local regulations and dealing with main actors involved in managing projects within this sector;
Strong communication skills, particularly with regards to conducting presentations and public-speaking;
Proactive, goal-oriented and analytical approach with the ability to multi-task and work with a high attention to detail;
Native level of German and a professional working knowledge of English is required, knowledge of Italian would be a plus;
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office is preferred, particularly with regards to creating decks to present project updates;
Good knowledge of IT science, TELCO technologies, plant monitoring/operating and in e-mobility is highly valued.
