About the Role
The Sales department is an integral, award-winning team. We provide first-class service to both our Brokers and customers which ensures the continued growth of Pepper across Australia.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to manage and grow broker and aggregator relationships within the mortgage broker industry. Candidates must have the capability to stretch themselves and meet agreed sales targets through the execution of operational business and marketing plans.
What We Are Looking for in You
* Cert IV in Finance and Broker Management
* 5 years demonstrated experience in home lending sales with a focus in third party distribution channels.
* A degree in Business, Accounting, or other relevant qualification
* Knowledge of the regulatory environment
* Operational exposure to the Financial Services sector which may include Funds Management, Real Estate Industry, Mortgage Lending and Retail
