The Role
Step into an exciting role where you'll craft and execute cutting-edge strategies to recruit new Franchise Partners across VIC.
The Franchise Business Development Manager is responsible for expanding the franchise network by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new franchisees. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to grow the franchise system, supporting existing franchisees, and ensuring the overall success and profitability of the franchise network.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify potential franchisees through various channels (advertising, trade shows, networking).
2. Conduct initial interviews and evaluate the suitability of potential franchisees.
3. Guide prospects through the franchise application process.
4. Conduct market research to identify potential areas for franchise expansion.
5. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
6. Evaluate the performance of existing franchises and identify opportunities for growth.
7. Develop and implement strategies for franchise growth and development.
8. Create business plans and financial models to support franchise expansion.
9. Work with senior management to set goals and objectives for franchise development.
10. Assist new franchisees with the setup and opening of their franchises.
11. Provide ongoing support and training to franchisees to ensure compliance and success.
12. Develop training programs and materials for franchisees.
13. Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees.
14. Act as a point of contact for franchisees, addressing their concerns and providing solutions.
15. Organise franchise meetings, conferences, and events to foster a sense of community and share best practices.
16. Ensure that franchisees adhere to company standards, policies, and procedures.
17. Monitor franchisee performance and conduct regular audits.
18. Address and resolve any issues related to non-compliance.
19. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for franchise recruitment.
20. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
