Your Crew
The Business Unit Electronic Solutions at Beyond Gravity oversees every aspect of our electronics products, from marketing and sales to product portfolio management, development, procurement, manufacturing, testing, and delivery. Although we serve customers globally, our primary focus is on Europe and North America.
Your Mission
As the Director Marketing and Sales for Austria, you must have a comprehensive perspective and a passion for selling, developing our customer base, working strategically, and actively participating in the product portfolio strategy.
* Business growth: Responsible for profitable growth and order intake of the Business Unit Electronic Solution locally. Planning and realisation of orders by managing the sales pipeline.
* Leadership: Budget management as well as leading and developing a team of M&S Managers.
* Market analysis & opportunity identification: Definition and prioritisation of market opportunities and customer needs. Monitoring of market trends and competitive landscape.
* Offer management: Development and implementation of offer strategies in collaboration with product management. Management of the proposal life cycle.
* Proposal to Order (P2O) process: Efficient execution of the P2O process in accordance with the approval guideline. Continuous improvement of the P2O process.
* Stakeholder engagement: Building and maintaining a strong customer relationship. Supporting the coordinated customer interaction within the Satellite division.
* Data Management & Reporting: Leading the MRP process and developing growth strategies. Maintain data in CRM and planning tools.
Your Story
* Several years of relevant professional experience in marketing/sales, offering management, etc.
* Good technical understanding is essential - you'll be driven to understand how our products create real value for our customers
* Entrepreneurial thinker, solution driven
* Excellent communication skills, paired with the ability to consider external input and express your own point of view
* Willingness to travel up to 25%
* Business fluent in English and German

Gross monthly salary according to collective agreement: EUR 6.110,- (based on 38.5 hours) plus overpayment depending on qualifications and professional experience.
