On behalf of our client, a restaurant in Salzburg, Austria, we are looking for a Chef de Rang (m/f/d)!
What You Bring:
* You are presentable with an open personality.
* You have completed training as a waiter or specialized training at a tourism school.
* You have already gained several years of professional experience.
* You are a team player, reliable, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
* You have knowledge of Austrian wines.
* You have a good command of English.
Your Tasks:
* Providing drink and food service in the half-board restaurant.
* Setting up tables.
* Preparing the bar.
* Partial cash handling and billing.
* Wine service.
* Stock management and inventory.
* Collaborating with the kitchen and reception.
