1. Minimum 4 years of key account management experience in an FMCG company
2. Active listener and excellent communicator, facilitator, and presenter
3. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
4. Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as a strong team player
5. Innovative with a solution-oriented mindset
6. Excellent skills in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
7. Willingness to travel 10-20%
