For our international headquarters in Vienna we are seeking a
GLOBAL HR SYSTEM AND PROJECT SUPPORT

In this role, you will become part of a dynamic team dedicated to driving the transformation towards data-driven business partnering. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our software and support us in delivering excellent HR services to all stakeholders. Your work will play a key role in enhancing efficiency and fostering innovation across the organization.
WHAT YOU WILL FOCUS ON:
SAP SuccessFactors Support (50%)
* Maintain and support SAP SuccessFactors, resolving technical issues and managing data accuracy.
* Perform data migrations, year-end processes, and system updates.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to implement business requirements and manage implementation partners.
* Evaluate SAP releases, oversee cost control, and generate ad hoc reports.
* Provide training and ensure system integrity through quality control and coordination with experts.
Global HR Support (50%)
* Support the recruitment processes, including coordinating and conducting initial interviews.
* Act as the primary contact for global training coordination, ensuring smooth planning and execution of training sessions.
* Taking the lead on smaller Global HR projects.
* Administrator and point of contact for the Group’s Gallup account.
* Assist with intranet postings on MeinlConnect.
* Preparation and support for meetings, presentations, and onboarding processes.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
* 2 years in an HR team or HR systems role.
* Ideally 1-2 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience (preferably EC and TM modules)
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (minimum requirement)
* Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
* Open-minded, communicative, and eager to learn.
* Hands-on approach with the ability to collaborate across teams.
* Solid communication skills: interpersonal, presentation, oral and written; fluent in English
