Global C&B Processes & Compensation Structure
As C&B Specialist, you’ll run major compensation and benefits processes, identify opportunities to improve processes and systems, and implement them in your respective regions. You’ll conduct the annual salary review and bonus planning process, consult countries in compensation questions and exception management, and support senior management compensation processes, making sure they follow our global C&B philosophy. You’ll maintain our globally implemented compensation structure (global jobs, levelling/banding) by properly running processes of job evaluation, job pricing, and compensation benchmarking and making sure that if applicable the region under your responsibility is also following the EU Transparency Directive or any others that may apply.
Project Management, Improvements & Challenge the Status Quo
You’ll participate in global compensation and benefits projects and deliver new C&B processes, as well as global C&B tools/platforms and frameworks. You’ll be the C&B expert for your respective regions and countries and advise your stakeholders whenever needed in local C&B projects. We need you to challenge the status quo and come up with new and innovative ideas and solutions in the C&B area that will support the compensation culture and philosophy that make our company special.
Variable Pay Structures
You’ll transfer our global bonus philosophy into local country-specific short-term incentive systems and ensure a globally harmonized sales incentive structure in line with the global framework.
Communication and Presentation
In this exciting role, you’ll act as an expert and main point of contact for HR and management for your respective regions in all compensation and benefits matters. To support stakeholders in different countries, you’ll perform compensation audits and train our HR colleagues in global compensation processes and tools. Key to success will be the right communication of our philosophies and structure that our compensation programs are based upon. Therefore, influencing employee behaviour by pursuing an integrated approach to compensation plan design is crucial.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
* 2+ years C&B project management experience in a corporate environment, additional experience in other fields is an advantage.
* Fluent in German and English.
* Very good knowledge of MS Office applications and knowledge of SAP is a plus.
* A passion for figures, but also a willingness to brainstorm new solutions to problems. A quick learner with a can-do attitude and the confidence to lead projects and stakeholders.
* Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) to engage all levels within HR and other Red Bull departments.
* Team player with an open mind and flexible attitude, and a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.303,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
