Role & Responsibilities
The Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist we are looking for will have a proven track record of improving conversion rates through graphical changes, user journey changes (UI / UX-related), and content optimization.
* Continuous optimization/improvement of conversion through streamlining of various user funnels
* Analyze user website behavior and data to identify areas for improvement
* Work closely with other marketing team members to improve conversion rates through graphical changes, user journey changes, and content optimization
* Utilize tools such as Hotjar and other CRO tools to gather data and insights
* Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces
Education, Skills & Experience
* 5+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken
* University Degree in marketing, data science, analytics, or other relevant field
* Strong analytical skills and experience with website analytics and user behavior data
* Experience with tools such as Hotjar and other CRO tools
* Proven track record of improving conversion rates through graphical changes, user journey changes, and content optimization
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with the content team and manager
* Strong understanding of UI / UX principles and the ability to make data-driven recommendations for improvement
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
This role is offered on a B2B contract and is fully remote within GMT + / -2 zones.
