Commercial Strategy Realization Lead (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
* Serve as a strategic partner to the Managing Director and Leadership Team, driving the success of the company as a commercial organization.
* Collaborate with the Leadership Team to support the Managing Director in strategic commercial and organizational projects.
* Act as a change agent, managing and coordinating key initiatives across Business Units and functions, including fostering an agile mindset with the Digital Data Agile & Learning Department.
* Break down silos and harmonize processes across the organization.
* Work closely with the Leadership Team to identify, prioritize, and execute strategic projects and initiatives.
* Proactively identify and implement key projects for the Austria market related to growth and organizational development.
* Ensure all projects align with organizational priorities and are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
* Monitor the health of strategic initiatives, proactively addressing risks and issues.
* Collaborate with the Leadership Team, Executive Assistant, and stakeholders to facilitate business-critical connections and resolve issues promptly.
* Partner with Sales Leads, Franchise Leads, and Business Unit Directors to develop and implement commercial strategic projects.
* Enhance Field Force and Marketing Excellence by identifying development needs for future success and addressing them collaboratively with Sales Leads, Franchise Leads, and Business Unit Directors.
* Support commercial leaders in fostering an entrepreneurial, competitive, and execution-focused mindset within the Field Force.
Qualifications
* A business-related master’s degree and above.
* Strong team player with excellent networking skills.
* Experience in leading cross-functional strategic projects.
* Successful project management and execution experience, with a capability to create order and simplicity out of complex situations.
* Critical thinker with an innovative mindset.
* Proven ability to drive desired change and mindset, proven track record of change agency.
* Intellectual curiosity, used to keep up with industry and business trends.
* Proficiency in German and English.
* Expertise in agile work methodologies.
* Experience in organizational development.
* Change agent.

The minimum annual salary for this position is EUR 91.000,- and varies according to the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
