As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex business application projects in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to oversee the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation and post-launch hyper care.
Your expertise in project management, IT systems, and business application integration will be critical to the success of the department and the organization. You are an excellent communicator and experienced in managing your stakeholders. Experience working in a program setup is also an advantage.

1. Lead and manage IT projects related to business applications, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Coordinate with internal and external teams to facilitate project delivery.Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and resource allocation.Manage and mitigate risks, issues, and changes.Ensure the smooth integration of business applications with existing IT infrastructure.
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to define project objectives, scope, and requirements.Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and resource needs.
3. You are overseeing and guiding project objectives that align with the organization's long-term goals.
4. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
5. Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management, specifically in business applications, enterprise software, or similar fields.
6. Excellent English language skills.
7. Expertise in managing cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
8. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
9. Experience in managing cloud-based solutions and SaaS applications.
10. PMP, Scrum, PRINCE2 certification is desirable.
11. Proven track record of managing large-scale IT projects from initiation to successful delivery.
12. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, etc.).
13. Familiarity with project management tools (, Confluence, JIRA, or similar).
14. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
15. Experience in ERP systems, CRM systems, and other enterprise business applications is a plus.
16. Knowledge of FMCG industry processes (particularly sales processes) and systems is an advantage.
