RESPONSIBILITIES

1. You'll be responsible for leading the entire project management process, ensuring organization, planning, adherence to timelines, and budget management. Your tasks will include preparing, reviewing, and disseminating detailed progress reports to identify any gaps and proactively mitigate risks. Team up with Workstream Leads in Workfront to create timelines will maintain coherence across all workstreams. Managing interdependencies within and between workstreams is essential for fostering seamless collaboration. You'll also play a crucial role in identifying, clarifying, and addressing risks and issues, coordinating mitigation plans with Workstream Teams to ensure the project's success.
2. You'll be spearheading cross-functional teamwork crucial for project success, coordinating up to eight workstreams such as (1. Scoping, 2. Site, Building, Automation and Permits, 3. Production & Technology, 4. IT Implementation, 5. Logistics & Customs, 6. Procurement, 7. Quality Management and 8. Operational Ramp of the facility) to align with project goals and timelines. Organizing regular workstream meetings ensures alignment, enabling critical meetings for stakeholder engagement and fact-based decision-making. Essential tasks include supporting the program manager in preparing and presenting status reports to the Decision Board.
3. You'll be driving the development of a comprehensive Strategic Operations Expansion Framework, using project management methods to incorporate tools, methods, and procedures aligned with global standards. You'll actively contribute to the continuous improvement of Red Bull's global Expansion Program Methods, refining the Expansion Framework to boost project effectiveness. Additionally, you'll ensure proper documentation and knowledge management, preserving lessons learned for future use.
4. You'll be tasked with building strong relationships and fostering collaboration within the Operations team and other relevant departments. Your responsibilities will include establishing a robust network within the Red Bull it’s Partner Organizations. Additionally, you'll develop technical expertise and standards by leveraging the knowledge base of technical experts for turnkey manufacturing and warehousing projects.
5. Minimum 5 years of industry experience, preferably in Project or Program Management within Operations or Supply Chain Management.
6. FMCG industry experience preferred.
7. Solid MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) required.
8. Experience with Workfront or similar PM tools is beneficial.
9. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a focus on conceptual thinking and continuous improvement.
