The Opportunity
Reporting to the Chief of Staff and working closely with the Chief People Officer (CPO), you will be integral in providing high-level administrative support with an emphasis on key HR projects and HR reporting and business tasks.
With a natural flair for building relationships, you will be an excellent facilitator, making things happen, pivoting between senior leaders and the executive team, and knowing when to triage and escalate matters.
A conduit for information, you will facilitate the communication flow between the different parts of the organisation to ensure information is received to meet deadlines & reporting requirements. You know how to “think on your feet” and bring an energy and level of professionalism, meticulously managing schedules, coordinating projects, and preparing reports while always working with a high level of confidentiality ensuring trust and integrity in each interaction.

What you bring to the table!
* Experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 3 years supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment.
* Tech savvy and across the latest platforms including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling executive-level communications.
* Outstanding organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
* High degree of accuracy in all deliverables.
* Problem-solver with strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
* High emotional intelligence with the ability to build strong relationships, influence without authority, and manage up/across effectively.
