We’re growing fast, opening another venue by 2026, and need someone who’s eager to come on the journey with us to level up. If you’ve got leadership skills, love creating a positive, high-energy environment, and know how to make a customers experience unforgettable, this could be the perfect fit!
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Running the Front of House operations to keep service smooth and seamless
2. Leading the team during busy shifts (we’re all about setting the pace!)
3. Managing FOH rostering, orders and recruitment with an eye for talent
4. Monitor KPIs with opportunities for performance bonuses
5. Bringing your cocktail expertise to ensure our drinks match the quality of our food
6. Fostering a fun, hard-working culture among the crew
What We’re Looking For:
1. A genuine love for hospitality and delighting customers day in day out.
2. Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, FOH Manager, or Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced setting
3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead by example
4. Experience with bookings management and hosting guests
5. A love for bartending and cocktail creation
