Job Description
How does your working day look like...
* You take ownership of our Pizza & Salumeria station and make sure quality, flavour and presentation are always on point.
* You prepare our pizza dough fresh every day – from the perfect mix to the ideal fermentation for authentic Neapolitan pizza.
* You prepare sauces, toppings and ingredients daily while keeping a close eye on freshness and quality.
* You stretch, top and bake pizzas with passion, making sure every pizza comes out of the oven perfectly crisp and beautifully finished.
* You lead the team at your station, coordinate with the kitchen during service and share your pizza knowledge with junior team members.
Qualifications
Your personality count more than your CV...
* You have a passion for pizza, great ingredients and authentic kitchen craftsmanship
* You’ve gained some experience in gastronomy – with pizza or Italian cuisine.
* You stay cool and focused, even when the kitchen gets busy during service.
* You’re a hands‑on team player who enjoys working together and supporting the crew.
* You’re curious, open‑minded and excited to be part of a lively and creative kitchen environment.
