Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager who wants to sell our VR products and provide our customers with a unique learning experience. You will get the opportunity to shape a company that is leading a new VR simulator standard and work in an ambitious and agile team, with backgrounds in psychology, storytelling, and software development.
Responsibilities
* Acquire new customers
* Develop existing customers (focus customers are the top 500 global Pharma and Life Science Corporates) and support them through the roll outs
* Present conceptual and technical aspects of the solution
* Play a key role on trade fairs and industry events
Requirements
* 5+years experience in manufacturing facilities required
* Experience in Pharma/Life Science is a plus but no necessity
* Ambition to quickly acquire expertise
* Willingness to travel to client and partner sites
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
* Become a trusted advisor for existing customers
* Be a key participant in special interest group events (e.g. PDA)
* Work closely with the international team of your customers and Innerspace

Conditions and Benefits
* A gross target salary between 80.000€ to 100.000€ per year (fixed salary + commission; overpayment possible)
* Flexible working time
* Permanent full-time contract (38,5h/week)
