IT Support Specialist (Permanent, Onsite)

Your Responsibilities
* Provide first- and second-level technical support, addressing hardware, software, and mobile device issues.
* Deliver prompt and effective assistance to end-users through calls, tickets, and direct interaction.
* Ensure accurate documentation of incidents and requests in the Service Now ticketing system.
* Create, maintain, and use knowledge base articles to enhance efficiency.
* Conduct IT onboarding sessions for new employees.
* Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
* Languages: Fluent in German and English (additional languages are a bonus).
* Experience: Experience in a similar IT support role.
* Skills:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Exceptional communication skills and customer orientation.
* Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders and tasks.
* Self-motivated, organized, and capable of prioritizing tasks independently.
* A team player with a supportive and collaborative attitude.
* Experience in regulated IT environments (eg, GxP) is an advantage.
* Additional Requirement: A criminal record certificate not older than three months is mandatory.
