Are you a German speaker with a passion for creating unforgettable events? This Vienna hotel is looking for a driven Groups & Events professional with proven expertise in managing corporate meetings, conferences, weddings, and special occasions.
This royal hotel sets the perfect stage for both business and leisure. With a range of versatile meeting spaces that can accommodate up to 425 guests, every event—whether a corporate gathering, a grand conference, or a sophisticated gala—will unfold flawlessly in a setting that radiates sophistication and timeless appeal.
What will your role be?
1. Drive sales for all group and event types, including meetings, conferences, incentives, weddings, and special occasions;
2. Develop and review tailored offers and contracts in both German and English, ensuring the highest standards of quality;
3. Oversee the coordination of groups and events, lead pre- and post-event meetings, and ensure smooth event execution;
4. Oversee the Sales manager and sales coordinator;
5. Inspect banquet rooms, technical setups, and collaborate with external vendors to provide additional services and equipment;
6. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, offering professional guidance and support throughout the entire event process.

Job Requirements:
1. Professional experience in a similar role, ideally within lifestyle hospitality, demonstrating your ability to impress with both professionalism and passion;
2. An open, outgoing personality combined with leadership experience enables you to manage peak times with composure and resilience;
3. Excellent command of both written and spoken German and English, with additional foreign languages being a valuable asset for international guests;
4. Strong organizational and communication skills make you an indispensable team member, while a well-groomed appearance and excellent manners inspire both guests and colleagues;
5. Proficiency in MS Office programs, with knowledge of OPERA being an added advantage.
