MTC Gas is a gas fitting and gas civil services business based in Brisbane's North. We are a rapidly growing company with 100+ staff including employees and subcontractors. Our clients include Gas Network owners and Gas suppliers with whom we have a long and trusted relationship. Our task is to ensure all our clients receive a safe and efficient service with a 24/7 response.
About the role
This position within our Administration Team will see you managing multiple projects from beginning to end, along with providing administrative support to our customers and internal stakeholders.
As a Project Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating various industry specific trade projects, including job set up, scheduling, troubleshooting, client management and close out invoicing of your projects. You may also provide ad hoc support to our administration team; reporting to the Administration Supervisor.
Other tasks may include
1. Monitoring job statuses and actively troubleshooting
2. Actioning of weekly WIP reports
3. Providing weekly project updates
4. Rescheduling of projects and field crew when issues arise
5. Answering phone calls and directing queries to the correct areas
6. Actively manage centralised company email for jobs, work orders, and enquiries
