This role is critical in managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and performance management, supporting both staff and leadership across our operations. Reporting to the Vice President of Global Human Resources, you will play a key role in delivering efficient HR services and helping to build an inclusive, high-performing culture.Key Responsibilities:• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a positive experience for new hires.• Provide support and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workplace compliance.• Oversee HR policies and ensure alignment with Labor laws and internal standards.• Lead employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.• Prepare and analyse HR reports to support data-driven decision-making.• Implement and oversee employee recognition programs to foster a culture of appreciation and high performanceAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:• 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.• Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws and HR best practices.
