Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly dynamic, motivated, and experienced Franchise Support Manager to drive continued growth in our Marleston, SA depot.
This role involves leading, supporting and overseeing a group of franchise owners designated to you.
You will guide and assist our franchise partners to improve their run performance and continuously improve CP service delivery to our customers.
This is a permanent, full-time position with regular working hours of Monday to Friday.
Reasonable overtime may be required from time to time, particularly during our Peak period.
You will be responsible for delivering results in these 5 key areas:
1. Franchise Partner Development, Management and Retention;
2. 3rd Party Management and Cost Optimisation;
3. Compliance and Service Quality;
4. Training and Documentation;
5. Opportunity and Sales Development.
The person we are looking for will possess:
* Management or supervisory experience, particularly in the supply chain/logistics industry will be highly regarded
* Experience using Microsoft Office suite of programs
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A comprehensive understanding of supply chain/logistics operations and occupational health and safety will be highly regarded
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same
* Ability to adapt to change
* Strong attention to detail
* Critical thinking and established problem-solving skills
