We are looking for a 2nd level Senior Support Technician (f/m/d) based in Vienna. In this role, you will manage incoming support cases, troubleshoot customer issues, and provide clear task descriptions and guidance to both internal teams and external service partners.
Key responsibilities
* Handle user support cases via email, phone, and Teams calls in both German and English, providing advanced technical expertise.
* Ensure high-quality documentation and updates within the case management system.
* Act as a key link for escalating and solving complex issues in collaboration with internal teams.
* Communicate resolutions to customers following internal reviews.
* Take a proactive role in identifying patterns and potential risks, implementing preventive measures.
* Maintain detailed and structured documentation of all technical interventions for long-term traceability.
Your profile
* High technical competence and several years of relevant professional experience.
* Advanced knowledge and experience working with Unix Terminal and Windows CMD.
* A strong desire to learn about in-store digital solutions and the ability to explain technical challenges to non-technical users.
* A reliable, service-oriented, and well-organized working style that keeps everything running smoothly.
* A strong ability to work independently while also being a true team player.
* A self-motivated attitude, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to new challenges, combined with excellent communication skills in both German and English.
* Provide advanced troubleshooting and support across a range of operating systems, including Windows, Linux, Android, and Tizen, ensuring reliable performance and seamless integration within customer environments.
* Good knowledge of MS SQL Server Management Studio.
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is as per the collective agreement €3,063 gross per month based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). However, the package will be higher and will be based on your qualifications and experience.
