As a Country Marketing Manager DACH (f/m/d), you will be responsible for the marketing activities in one of our most important sales regions. You will work in an interdisciplinary team together with colleagues from sales with the goal to expand our market-leading position and to increase brand awareness in this region. By having strong goal-setting skills, solid execution of marketing plans and the ability to build relationships with partners, you deliver foreseeable and measurable marketing results, oversee revenue goals and execute marketing campaigns in line with the brand strategy. This will give you the chance to actively shape the future of Nuki.
YOUR ROLE
* You will be responsible for the adaptation and implementation of the Nuki marketing strategy in the specific region through different channels (online, offline, local activities, retail/e-tail partners, trade shows and others).
* You will act as the primary marketing interface with agents and local retail/e-tail partners in the region.
* You will take ownership of the local marketing budget, and report on and own the main marketing and sales KPIs for the market.
* You will ensure the monitoring of the industry, and competitors as well as provide local market expertise (market intelligence).
* You will distribute country-specific material and content for partners to ensure a unified brand presence in line with brand guidelines.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* You have a degree in marketing, communications, or similar and at least 3 years of professional experience in marketing in a comparable position.
* You have a proven track record in implementing marketing and brand campaigns in different countries to elevate a fast-growing company to the next level.
* You bring experience in partner communication and managing agencies and external sales agents, ideally in the DACH region.
* You bring knowledge and understanding of other marketing areas (online advertising, e-commerce, UX, PR, content creation).
* You are highly experienced in working in an international and multi-channel environment.
* You have excellent German and English communication skills, further foreign language skills (Spanish, French, Italian or Dutch) are an advantage.
* You take ownership, go the extra mile while working in a fast-paced work environment.

For the advertised position, a minimum salary of € 3,455.00 gross per month applies according to the collective agreement (no all-in). Willingness to significantly overpay if you have the appropriate qualifications. This position is open for applications in Graz.
