implement new SOC/SIEM functions or technologies.Responsibility for the entire lifecycle of the SOC/SIEM service, from planning and implementation to operation and maintenance while ensuring the availability, performance and stability of the SOC/SIEM systems.Definition and monitoring of service level agreements (SLAs).Working with the Group Competence Center SOC/SIEM and customers to understand their requirements and align the SOC/SIEM service accordingly.Regular communication with each customer about the status of the SOC/SIEM service, important developments and security-related events, as well as building and maintaining relationships with external partners and suppliers.Preparation and presentation of regular reports on the status of the SOC/SIEM service, key performance indicators (KPIs) and incidents, both for management and for each individual customer.Your ProfileUniversity degree (computer science, business informatics or information security or similar discipline).In-depth knowledge of SOC/SIEM systems and technologies, ideally with experience in a multi-tenant environment and complex international organizations.Understanding of security processes and standards (e.g. ISO 27001) as well as specific compliance requirements of various industries.Solid knowledge of IT security and cyber defense, including the specifics of multi-tenant environments.Proven leadership skills with the ability to laterally lead a team responsible for supporting various clients.Experience in project management and implementation of IT projects, ideally with a focus on multi-tenant solutions.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to analyze and evaluate complex issues.Problem-solving and decision-making skills, even in critical
