We are looking for an experienced, proactive-minded candidate with passion for Ice Cream to join us in the following position:

Purpose of the job:
As a member of our Beyond / Ice Cream department EMEA/APAC, your role is to drive the growth and profitability of AGRANA Fruit’s ice cream business in Europe by managing key accounts and expanding the customer portfolio in strategic markets. Your key responsibilities include:
Account Management and Business Development
* Manage and develop business with our strategic global accounts in Europe.
* Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities with ice cream manufacturers and prospects.
* Develop and execute tailored account strategies to meet sales objectives and achieve growth targets.
* Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and relationship-building.
Strategic Planning and Execution
* Contribute to the development and execution of the regional commercial strategy and annual business plans.
* Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
* Work with category managers & marketing to align product offerings and solutions with market demands.
Project Coordination and Collaboration
* Act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, including New Product Development (NPD), customer service, and category management.
* Lead and coordinate multi-stakeholder projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with customer expectations.
* Collaborate with European sales teams to share insights, align strategies, and drive cross-border synergies to ensure the execution of our plans.
* Ice Cream Ambassador: Represent AGRANA Ice Cream at trade fairs, conferences, and events in Europe, enhancing the company’s visibility and reputation as a leading supplier in the ice cream industry.
Administrative and Operational Support
* Annual Sales Planning: Prepare the annual sales plan together with sales back office considering raw material availability and production capacities.
* Oversee customer account administration in collaboration with customer service teams.
* Ensure accurate documentation, order processing, and compliance with contractual obligations.
* Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and report on sales performance to ensure targets are being met, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to help optimize results.
Your ideal profile:
* You have at least 5 years of experience as key account manager, preferably in the ice cream business or food sector.
* You have strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
* You have good communication and stakeholder management skills.
* You are highly organized with strong project management skills.
* You have an entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* You are agile and self-motivated with an unrelenting growth mindset.
* You are fluent in spoken and written English - any additional language is a plus (Espanol, French, German)
