Regional Product Manager Europe West
The region of Europe West is of high importance to the Blum group and spans from Finland to Italy and from Austria to Iceland.
Through years of intensified market development, strong relationships have been established in the region's markets, particularly with distribution partners as well as large OEMs in the furniture sector.
We supply our products in 18 markets in Europe West and promote them with over 150 sales persons.
We serve our customers in Europe West through various means: we have established 8 subsidiaries, work with long-time partners on a representation basis in 7 markets, and cover certain areas including our home market Austria with direct deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Range management for the region in line with our central product and range policy
* Coordinating market launches and phasing out products in the region
* Regular portfolio analyses and communicating regional range expansions/adaptations relating to the market and market requirements to product management and sales management at the headquarters
* Developing regional marketing strategies based on the central marketing strategy
Requirements:
* Familiarity with the regional structures; knowledge of the Blum product world from a sales perspective is a plus
* Market and customer-oriented approach; experience with product launches and developing portfolios would be advantageous
* Good communication skills and ability to cooperate across departments in a matrix organisation
* Intercultural skills required to work in this context
* Takes a targeted and structured approach to work
* Very good command of English and willingness to travel; additional languages relevant for the region are a plus
