About the Job
We seek a dynamic and experienced Vice President Global HR Business Partner to drive the implementation of our Global People Strategy in alignment with our company's vision and objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the development, implementation, and execution of Global People Strategy aligned with company strategy.
2. Understand current and future business needs and translate them into relevant HR actions and priorities.
3. Coach, guide, challenge, and support executive leadership team members and their leadership teams.
4. Participate in functional leadership meetings.
5. Provide functional leadership to local HR teams in manufacturing sites to create a ONE HR community.
6. Focus on developing High Potentials and succession planning for top management and key roles.
7. Secure a talent pipeline for critical roles within scope.
8. Drive topics such as culture, talent management, EDI, team building at the leadership level.
9. Assess organizational needs; define key capabilities for respective functions.
10. Drive performance culture through clear goal setting, performance tracking, and development.
11. Be a key member of the Core HR team and contribute to the HR strategy definition.
About You
We are looking for a unique talent with the following qualifications:
1. Approximately 7-10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a global corporate setting, preferably with experience in partnering with a supply chain function.
2. Excellent knowledge of the manufacturing field combined with good knowledge of logistics/supply chain topics.
3. Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities; ability to influence and drive change.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage and collaborate effectively.
5. In-depth knowledge of talent management practices, including succession planning, talent acquisition, and leadership development.
6. Demonstrated experience in organizational design, change management, and driving business transformation.
7. Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed HR decisions and measure the impact of HR interventions.
8. Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
