Your tasks Leadership & Strategy * Lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Specialists in Vienna * Define and implement the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding strategies aligned with business needs and company goals * Drive initiatives to position Greentube as a leading employer in the market Talent Acquisition * Oversee end to end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience * Act as a key advisor on recruitment strategies, job descriptions, and selection processes, including active sourcing efforts * Collaborate closely with our Talent Acquisition Specialists across the Greentube group * Support our hiring managers in the best way possible and conduct hiring managers'' trainings to keep them updated * Represent Greentube at strategic events such as career fairs, meet ups, and industry networking opportunities to increase visibility and attract high caliber talent * Monitor and optimize recruiting KPIs to ensure efficiency and effectiveness Employer Branding * Develop and lead Employer Branding strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring consistency and relevance across subsidiaries. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including the Marketing Team and regional offices, to enhance Greentube''s employer reputation * Position Greentube as an Employer of Choice by fostering a distinctive and attractive employer value proposition (EVP) * Develop strategies to strengthen internal employer branding and employee retention through targeted communication and engagement initiatives Onboarding & Candidate Experience * Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a positive and welcoming start for new hires * Develop innovative online and offline onboarding journeys and buddy systems to foster engagement and alignment with company culture Project Management * Lead and participate in cross functional projects related to Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding * Ensure continuous improvement of tools, processes, and strategies Your profile * Completed higher education (Bachelor''s degree or higher) in HR, Psychology, Marketing, Communications, or a related field * At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding * Proven expertise in managing end to end recruitment and sourcing processes * Familiarity with labor laws and best practices in recruitment and emplo
