Your role as Head of Strategic and Business Operations
* Leading the successful setup and execution of cross-functional and international projects as well as agile programs with executive management (COO) attention in scope, time, budget and quality
* Identifying and managing strategy processes and implement strategy into operations
* Support in developing business models for existing and new business models
* Manage communication, project progress reporting as well as decision processes
* Consult business units on all elements of a successful operating model (incl. organizational setup, processes solutions)
* Identification of key potential projects to CEO/COO and realization of initiatives and projects
* Continuously strive for excellence by identifying and implementing innovative improvement ideas - this includes operational improvements as well as opportunities connected to digitalization
* Sustainably manage change and transformation
* Closely collaborate with business units and efficiently manage crucial interfaces between corporate/business functions
* Develop competences and best-practice toolkits to succeed in major change initiatives
* Business Analysis of various systems and tools e.g. continues establishing an ERP system (Odoo)
* Supporting in recruiting and HR matters
* A strong anchor point within the organization
* Review and negotiate partner contracts
Your profile
* 5+ years of experience in business operations, business models and project management, preferably within the consulting or training industry
* Any form of tertiary education (e.g.: Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields)
* Proven experience managing operations across multiple regions, with a strong understanding of the European and North American markets
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams across various countries
* Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational strategies that drive growth and efficiency
* Out of the box problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
* Experience with financial management and budgeting in an operational context preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization and external stakeholders
* Experience with operational technology /software (CRM systems, ERP, and project management tools etc)
* Take initiatives and used to working independently in a matrix organization
* Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English as well as German
* Experience in leading cross-functional teams, all-rounder and hands-on mentality
