* Independent design, further development, and monitoring of the training and further education programme, taking into account future-oriented learning methods.
* Conception, planning, and realization of qualification measures for teaching staff.
* Needs-oriented development, implementation, and evaluation of PD instruments.
* Developing customized communication and marketing strategies for the HR development programme.
* Collaboration in HR projects for personnel and organisational development.
Your Profile:
* Several years of professional experience in personnel development, adult education, or comparable areas.
* Experience in project management, counselling, and public relations.
* Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
* Own teaching experience desired.
* Enthusiasm for HR topics and new learning methods.
* Strong communication skills, organisational skills, high level of service orientation and initiative, team spirit, and creativity.
Salary:
For this position in job group IIIb, a minimum gross salary of €2,764 per month (14 times) is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
