We are currently looking for a Change Implemention Manager (m/f/d) - Payment Acceptance
Start: immediately
End: December 2024 (extension optional)
Volume: fulltime
Location: Remote / Vienna (ca. 20-40% per week)
Language: English (fluent), German (nice to have) Central European Language welcome
Background: The project topic is in its initial stages.
Travel: Travel within CEE for workshops possible
Tasks (independent delivery):
• Be accountable to shape and refine the existing operating model for the Payment Acceptance business across our clients European markets covering all customer segments.
• Continuing refinement of relevant requirements including stakeholder alignment, as well as the set-up of a efficient implementation structure and related topics for project kick-off
• Assure hand-over into the respective teams (tba)
• Key points:
o Set-up an agile working environment aligned with business and IT, ensuring innovation and effective operation.
o Close cooperation with Product Owners and Solution Architect to define the Product
Backlog, including definition of epics / user stories and preparation of an implementation road map.
o Management of interdependencies and risks
Skills:
• Transformation manager - Change Manager experience in driving strategic changes for operating models forward through
stages of prioritizing and implementation
• Looking for someone with hands-on personality
• Strong experience with stakeholder management
• Project Management experience in financial industry (acquiring business preferred)
• Experience with leading complex and multi-market change initiatives covering both technical and people aspects
• Structured working approach, prioritizing ability and problem-solving skills.
• Strong nice to have: Experience in Card/Payment Acceptance organization, best-practices, and industry standards.
