Job Description: As BD Manager for EMEA, you will drive ENPULSION’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building lasting customer relationships, and serving as the key liaison with our technical team. Based in Vienna (Airport Schwechat), you’ll lead our regional sales strategy, directly contributing to revenue growth and strengthening our market position:
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to support their goals.
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for EMEA with clear sales and revenue targets.
* Provide sales performance reports with accurate forecasts and insights.
* Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay informed on industry trends.
* Coordinate with Marketing to support campaigns that strengthen ENPULSION’s presence throughout the EMEA region.
* Represent ENPULSION at key industry events and conferences, building networks and promoting our products (incl. international travel).
Who you are: We seek a proactive, diligent, and motivated individual with the skills to manage complex sales situations and develop effective solutions. Fluency in English is required as this is the company working language; additional languages are a plus.
Required Skills:
* University/FH degree (B.Sc.) in a technical field (Engineering, Physics, or else) with multi-year Sales experience.
* About 5 years of working experience in Aviation, Aerospace, Space & Defense (or related) industry.
* Willingness to travel, typically 15% (flexibility for up to 50% if necessary).
* Customer advocate with excellent communication skills and the ability to translate customer requirements effectively.
Nice to have:
* Great-to-have: Master’s degree in Business Administration.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets as successful Sales Representative/Manager in a technical B2B company.
* Experience with CRM systems.
* Eager to expand knowledge through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
Type of contract:Full time position with FlexTime working agreement; 38.5 hours/week
Salary:The minimum base monthly salary for this position starts at EUR 4.043,- gross per month, with a planned base payment of 4.200,- to 4.600,- depending on your professional experience and qualifications. In addition this role has bonus based On Target Earnings.
