ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Tech Director to lead our Software Development and Web Development Departments. You will report to the CEO and Co-Founder. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing complex software and web projects and the related IT infrastructure. In your role, you will lead and scale our teams for software development, web development, and IT professionals.
YOUR TASKS:
1. Oversee the entire software and web development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and maintenance.
2. Lead and mentor a team of software developers, web developers, IT specialists, and project managers.
3. Develop and implement technology strategies that align with the company's business goals.
4. Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of all IT systems and software applications.
5. Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide effective solutions.
6. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for software development, web development, and IT projects.
7. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the department.
8. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
SALARY:
For this position, depending on qualifications and work experience, the minimum gross annual salary for full-time starts at EUR 90,000. The willingness to overpay is given, depending on your qualification and previous professional experience.
