Good knowledge of working methods securing excellence in Fulfilment Operation processes together with relevant stakeholders. Previous experience demonstrating strong leadership skills and the initiative to coach diverse teams. Very good knowledge of all relevant standard operating procedures for Customer Fulfilment to keep all co-workers and customers safe. Good knowledge of resource planning in accordance with potential sales scenarios, forecast and fulfilment flows allocation. Fluent in German and English, both written and verbal. The minimum salary for this position, based on full-time employment (38.5 hours per week), is €3.000 gross per month (all-in contract).Working hours: Flexible from Monday to Saturday between 5:30 am and 8:00 pm, 5 days a week - every second Saturday.
