Business Process Specialist Purchasing f/m/d (parental leave replacement)
Shape the processes of global purchasing with us!
In this versatile position, you will use modern digital technologies to optimize our global AVL purchasing processes. You will play a key role in developing and supporting innovative and efficient process tool solutions that strengthen and future-proof our supply chain. Your tasks include optimizing digital collaboration with suppliers, accelerating processes, creating meaningful analyses and introducing and further developing purchasing tools. You will work closely with our operational and strategic purchasing teams and pass on your knowledge directly to our colleagues in Graz and our affiliates worldwide in training courses that you have designed.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Ensuring and optimizing the global AVL purchasing processes in coordination with the purchasing organizations and in terms of intelligent digitization strategies
* Support, further development and documentation of existing AVL purchasing tools (such as SAP, SRM, EBP, SAP Ariba, ELO etc.) in the role of key user and as support for AVL Purchasing
* System-supported further development and safeguarding of global purchasing topics such as commodity management, eCl@ss structures, contract management, process automation, etc.
* Conception and (global) implementation of internal purchasing training courses on existing and new purchasing processes/tools
* Coordination/communication with AVL IT and other departments involved in process projects
* 1st level support for individual modules within the AVL purchasing organization
* Support with evaluations and purchasing key figures
YOUR PROFILE:
* Completed studies (University of Applied Sciences, University) in supply chain management, business administration, IT, automation technology, industrial management or a related field
* At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of supply chain management or related process areas
* Good understanding of business processes
* Good SAP process knowledge
* Strong IT affinity
* Open, communicative personality with the ability to communicate quickly
* Independent, committed and customer-oriented way of working
* High level of problem-solving skills
* Enthusiasm for the role of knowledge broker in internal training courses
* Very good knowledge in German and English

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €51.550,00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
