Principal Consultant - Femtech & Women's Health
Leading Health Tech company are seeking a passionate and results-driven Senior Full Stack Developer to join the team.
They are looking for 2x full stack developers, one with a focus on backend development and the other on front end development, experience in healthcare, and the ambition to grow into a leadership role, leading a team of 5 developers.
Key Responsibilities:
* You will be setting the technical direction and architecture of the product, maintaining a technical roadmap that will continue to innovate from a technical standpoint.
* You’ll be responsible for planning and implementation of new projects. You will scope new projects with our senior product manager. This requires flexibility and the ability to carve out focused strategic thinking time within our bi-weekly sprints.
* You’ll be the technical point of contact for external partners.
* You will oversee the API integration with electronic medical records systems and laboratory information systems.
* You’ll be managing support requests and associated procedures in close cooperation with our customer success team.
* You will oversee the implementation of GDPR and HIPAA guidelines together with the CPO and our external quality management team.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of full-stack development experience, including 2+ years in healthcare
* Experience with laboratory information systems and HL7 is a plus.
* Ideal Tech stack: .NET, C#, and Angular OR React, Vue.js, F#, Visual Basic, C, C++ or Java would also work if you’re a fast learner.
* Comfortable in fast-paced start-up environments with shifting priorities.
* You are a strong communicator and like to go in the lead. Ideally, you have led a small team before. Great communication skills and flawless English are very important for this role.
