The Center of Excellence (CoE) for People Development and Culture focuses on enhancing employee skills, performance, and well-being. It aligns with the company's global strategy and is responsible for developing and coordinating concepts, tools, and processes in Learning & Development, Performance & Talent Management.
We are looking for a Global Talent Management Specialist with hands-on mentality and business partner mindset to join the team in Bergheim.
Your Responsibilities
* Develop global talent management practices and tools
* Provide strategic consulting to internal stakeholders while deepening expertise in best talent practices, tools, and capabilities aligned with PALFINGER's long-term strategy
* Design and implement talent reviews framework, calibrations & assessments with senior leadership, HR teams, and department heads
* Drive data-led measurement mechanisms (reporting and KPIs)
* Support integration of Talent Management tools and processes into HRIS and visualization platforms
Your Qualifications
* University degree in business administration or psychology
* Many years of relevant work experience in strategic and operational HR management, preferably within an international matrix organization
* Deep knowledge in organizational development, talent management, succession planning, and performance management, as well as project management and leadership experience
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, understanding of intercultural complexities
* Fluent German and English skills

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52,197.04 based on full-time employment. Overpayment according to experience and qualification.
