This is an amazing opportunity to join a business that continues to grow in current markets, new international markets and organisational capability.About the role:This full-time Sales Relationship Manager role, reporting to the Sales Director ANZ, will play a key part in implementing business and brand strategy, grow sales and manage all customer touchpoints across our sales streams across Australia. This role will drive sales of al.ive body and sub-brand/s through development of sales strategy and execution of tactics, customer service and acquisition.This position will be responsible for the areas of:Client Relationship ManagementSales Strategy and ExecutionCustomer ServiceCustomer Experience and AcquisitionReporting And ForecastingKey Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across Australia.Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction is high.Nurture the existing customer base and secure replenishment orders.Sales Strategy and Execution:Develop and execute a sales strategy in conjunction with the Sales Director ANZ to achieve targets.Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.Lead negotiations, manage the sales cycle, and close deals.Achieve weekly/monthly & annual KPIsCustomer Service:Deliver exceptional customer service and enhance the Customer Service Process.Address and resolve customer complaints and continuously improve the customer experience.Update and maintain customer information in the CRM.Reporting and Forecasting:Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and document sales activities.What we're looking forMinimum 3+ years’ experience in sales and/or customer service, preferably in a FMCG environment.Proven track record of success in a sales or relationship management role.Experience in B2B sales, account management, or a similar client-facing position.A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Knowledge and passion about Al.ive Body products.Experience in skincare, home, beauty, fashion, and/or FMCG sectors will be highly regarded.How To ApplyTo learn more about Al.ive Body visit Alivebody.com.auPlease provide a letter of application and curriculum vitae.Applications close on Friday 14th February.No recruitment agencies please.Only apply if you have the rights to work in Australia.
