We need a Senior HR Business Partner to operate at a high level of influence, providing guidance on human resources strategy and implementation across regions while ensuring local compliance and cultural sensitivity.
Your Core Functions
* Collaborate with business leaders to translate their needs into HR plans aligned with the business objectives: advise on organizational design, workforce planning and talent strategy.
* Manage Employee Relations, HR Operations and Policy Implementation: act as an escalation point for employee relation issues, ensuring resolutions respect HR policies and practices, adhering at the same time to local regulations.
* Monitor workforce metrics, oversee performance management and identify talent to coordinate development programs that ensure succession planning and business continuity.
* Partner with centers of excellence such as talent acquisition, compensation, and L&D to deliver support in everything hiring, retention and restructuring related and to drive change management during transformations.
* Support organizational design efforts to optimize team structure and reporting lines for operational efficiency.
* Work closely with regional HR to offer guidance and assist with local challenges.
What we hope to see
* At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner.
* Completed business studies with a focus on HR management (Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred).
* Previous involvement in workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management.
* Proficient in German and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong understanding of labor laws, conflict resolution, and change management.
Minimum salary is starting from EUR 60.000 gross annually.*
*The final compensation may go above, depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
Our office is located at Airportstraße 9, 2401 Fischamend.
As part of our home office policy, employees are expected to work onsite 3 days per week.
