A bit about you
As an experienced Scheduling Manager, you’ve cut your teeth in the construction industry learning everything there is to know about Scheduling. You’re looking for a change of pace, a chance to jump headfirst into a new and exciting challenge, and get the support and kudos you deserve.

A bit about the role
The successful applicant will ensure the integrity of La Vida Homes’ scheduling department. Key tasks include:
* Overseeing the Scheduling Department
* Allocating and prioritising work
* Training junior team members
* Checking other schedulers' jobs
* Quantities take-offs and BOQ inputting
* Completing margin checks
* Reporting on extras
