We are on the lookout for a driven Key Account Manager to supercharge the growth and expansion of The Social Hub. You’ll be the one identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and boosting revenue by bringing in exciting new clients. As a firm believer in the potential of our multi-product brand, you see endless ways to drive our business forward. This role works closely with all TSH regions to grow our vibrant B2B database and make waves in the hospitality industry.

What You’ll Do:
1. Identify new business opportunities by conducting market research, spotting emerging trends, and seeking out potential clients to expand TSH’s reach.
2. Lead generation and prospecting by developing strategies to build a strong pipeline, collaborating with digital marketing for online campaigns, and connecting with prospects through calls, emails, and meetings.
3. Build strategic partnerships by fostering relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders to establish win-win collaborations.
4. Ensure agreements are aligned with The Social Hub’s goals and profitability.
5. Partner with Commercial Managers to align B2B activities across locations and optimize conversions across our product portfolio.
6. Drive innovation by challenging the status quo, contributing to commercial projects, and supporting new hotel openings with market research and strategic input.
Who You Are:
1. A bachelor’s or master’s degree holder in a relevant field.
2. A B2B sales professional with 4+ years of experience, ideally with hospitality expertise.
3. Skilled in strategic account management and client-focused approaches.
4. An excellent communicator fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
5. Adaptable, proactive, and always ready to connect with new opportunities.
