We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of ERP to lead our enterprise resource planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of our ERP system to ensure it aligns with our business objectives and operational needs.

Duties and responsibilities
1. Manage and oversee all aspects of our ERP systems and related projects.
2. Ensure that ERP systems are integrated and aligned with business strategies and processes.
3. Develop and implement best practices for managing and maintaining ERP systems.
4. Lead and mentor a team of ERP professionals, providing guidance and direction as needed.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful ERP implementations and integrations.
6. Provide support and training to end-users to maximize system efficiency and user competency.
7. Develop and manage budgets for ERP-related projects and initiatives.
Qualification
Education
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
2. Experience with SAP, Oracle, Deltek, Unit4 or other major ERP systems is highly preferred.
Experience
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP systems management and implementation.
Technical Skills
1. Latest Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, Deltek, Unit4 or similar platforms is crucial.
2. System Integration: Ability to integrate ERP systems with other business processes and systems within the organization.
3. Data Analysis: Skilled in analyzing complex data to inform decision-making and improve ERP system performance.
4. Project Management: Strong project management skills to oversee ERP implementations, upgrades, and maintenance.

1. Leadership: Capable of leading and inspiring a team of ERP professionals, setting clear goals, and driving the team towards success.
2. Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate complex ERP concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
