The Opportunity

This position will be responsible for the performance of our Commercial Team.
Your responsibilities, at a glance:
* Identifying and developing relationships with potential new Contract Manufacturing customers, in-licence and out-licence partners.
* Building financial assessments and presenting robust business cases for new business opportunities.
* Responsible for driving the growth strategy for new products and contract manufacturing opportunities within the organisation from concept to commercialisation.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, R&D, marketing, supply chain, and operations, to align business goals and execute strategies effectively.
* Providing detailed reporting and analysis to senior management on revenue performance and strategic initiatives.
* This is a hybrid role in that both on-site and remote work apply. Local and overseas travel will be required.
Minimum Requirements:

You’ll also need to possess the following:
* Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a commercial management BD role (preferably in the pharmaceutical industry).
* Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing.
* Business / Commerce degree or equivalent.
* High level financial, analytical and presentation skills.
* Experience with overseeing and negotiating legal contracts.
* Knowledge of the regulatory requirements related to the manufacture, sale and launch of pharmaceutical products.
* Strong negotiation, written and verbal skills.
* Strong relationship building skills in engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
* Displays initiative and has a flexible and adaptable mindset.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Alignment with and demonstration of Mayne Pharma core values.
* Existing global networks/relationships in the pharmaceutical industry.
