Your Area of Responsibility – What to Expect: Lead the Supply Chain Operations team and ensure reliable global product availability
Ensure the sustainable implementation and continuous development of the internal ERP system
Manage production processes and ensure timely and complete deliveries
Find solutions for operational bottlenecks and coordinate with international stakeholders
Strategically develop processes, drive standardization and advance digitalization
Improve workflows in collaboration with external warehouses
Your Recipe for Success – What You Bring to the Table: A degree in Supply Chain Management or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management within a production environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry
In-depth expertise in a leadership position with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of process optimization, data analysis and Sales & Operations Planning
Proficiency in ERP systems and experience in their (partial) implementation
Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a significant advantage
